Synaxis Continues Its Growth With Acquisitions Of Flag Bank And First Financial Asset Management

Atlanta, GA --- February 28, 2006 --- The growth of Synaxis continued with client acquisitions in February. Synaxis began work with Flag Bank and First Financial Asset Management (FFAM).

Flag Bank is an Atlanta-based financial institution whose roots in the community date back to 1928. Synaxis has been contracted to review their current marketing materials and Web site from multiple perspectives and give objective reporting to the bank's management.

FFAM is a U.S.-based purchaser of distressed and non-performing credit intensive assets emanating from the risk management industry. Synaxis designed, distributed and tracked an HTML email promotion for their involvement at a national conference in Las Vegas. When this email was sent to the client-supplied list prior to the conference, an additional 31 appointments were scheduled.
