We want every contributor to a project to participate in every aspect of that project. Our strategists, designers, and developers collaborate. They share input and suggestions with each other, allowing them to create better solutions in less time.

We also encourage our team members to have direct contact with our clients. Managers take primary responsibility for client relationships. But like everything else at Synaxis, the client experience is a collaborative effort. We're all in this together. Creative collaboration. That's how Synaxis works.
