Atache Web Site
Background
Atache is an international cosmeceutical company based in Spain with a 40-year history of manufacturing and distributing pharmaceutical and cosmetic products throughout much of the world. In 2006, they launched their US presence.
Challenge
The first challenge in this launch was to communicate the Atache brand and products to an audience that probably had never heard of the company or its products. It was decided that the Web site would be the first communication tool.
Solution
Synaxis adopted a two-part plan to address the communications challenges on the Web. First, we interpreted the evolving Atache brand in Europe with respect to the US market. We positioned the products as both luxurious and healthy. The Web site thus provides a platform for consumers to learn about Atache. Since the primary distribution for the products will be through professional spas, the new site serves as a reference for these professionals, too.
Results
The site generates on average 3 business leads per week.
