User Training

Synaxis believes that User Training is an important part of the services we provide.

When an implementation is completed, the next step is User Training.  While we provide useful documentation, we feel that it is also beneficial to have a training session with those who will be using the application/tool.  The goal of training is to educate our clients so they don't feel forced to rely on us for future support and maintenance (although we are certainly happy to help).  Part of establishing this independence is training users to support, use, or maintain the application/tool.

We provide fully customized training for any application we support or install. This can range from one-on-one training sessions to documentation. We can even provide video screencasts and narration of key tasks - options suitable for training sessions or onboarding which can be hosted on your intranet, making it easily accessible.
